I have been doing business with Anthony for 5+ years. His professionalism is 5 star. He is timely, neat, clean and above all stand behids his work. I reached out to him after business hours and he had my issue taken care of in less then 24 hours. As always, I was very satisfied with the job and the price. I highly recommended Poons Plumbing for any and all ur plumbing needs. I had a repair on my water heater and and natural gas heater installed 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I had Poons to come and trouble shoot why my water pressure was low. He showed up on time and was very professional and knowledgeable and Verbally communicated to me what he would be doing and what he was looking for. I was very pleased with the service, and would definitely be using this company again.

Having just bought a home and moved here out of state, we had several issues that needed to be taken care of in a quick time frame, he was able to get us a quote, completed the work the next morning and even had to add another job on while he was here. No problem at all, he took care of everything. Highly recommend and will be using his services for additional repairs and projects. Courteous and professional.

Hands down the best plumbing experience I’ve ever had. Anthony was surprisingly able to get to me within less than two hours of my call. He was refreshingly efficient, quick, and even cleaned my toilet after he repaired it. The customer service level is past a 10; it’s on shock and awe level. Quoted me a price, did his magic, we finished our business, and he was on his way in less than 20-30 minutes. I will/am recommending him to any- and everyone I know in need of a reliable and friendly plumber. **Upon him leaving, I was also informed that he does most things home related, too! General contracting, additions, roofing, etc. You will not regret giving him your business!

Excellent work and very professional!!! The work was done timely and he was punctual. Detail estimates was given and we talked through the process to resolve them. I Would definitely recommend this company and I will definitely be using them for any future issues!!! Updated: Had a bathroom remodel and it was the another wonderful experience, punctual,transparent and hospitable
